The dashboard and the menu
The home screen sums up the day. The menu on the left gives access to everything else, and shows each person only what their rights allow.
The dashboard figures
All amounts are in the shop's main currency.
| Indicator | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Cash on hand | The cash that should be in the till right now: what was left at opening, plus today's money in, minus today's money out. |
| Today's sales | The total of sales paid today. |
| Today's debt payments | Money received today from customers who owed money. |
| Cash inflows | Everything that came into the till today: sales, debt payments, loans and contributions. |
| Today's expenses | Expenses recorded today. |
| Today's profit | Selling price minus purchase price of the products sold today. |
| Open debts | What customers still owe the shop. |
| Active products | The number of products in the catalogue. |
| Low stock | Products whose stock is nearly exhausted. |
Two versions of the dashboard
- Full (right Full dashboard (sales, cash, expenses, debts)): all the figures above.
- Without finances (right Dashboard without finances (active products and low stock)): only the number of products and the low stocks. This is the right choice for a seller who does not need to know the turnover.
The primary administrator always sees the full version.
The menu
On a computer, the menu stays on the left. On a phone, it opens with the three-bar button at the top left.

An entry missing from your menu is not a fault: your account does not have the corresponding right. Ask the shop administrator to grant it.
Notifications
The bell at the top of the screen flags what needs your attention: a subscription nearing its end, an approved request, a reply from support, a sale made offline with insufficient stock. Opening the notifications page is enough to mark them as read: the bell returns to zero, and those you had not yet seen carry the New label during that visit.
