Votre code, votre lien et vos boutiques
Your dashboard gathers your code, your link to share, your terms and the shops you have brought.
The dashboard
At sign-in, Tableau de bord shows:
- Boutiques amenées: how many shops signed up with your code, and how many have already paid for a subscription;
- Gagné ce mois: your commissions for the month;
- the total of your commissions by status: pending, due, paid;
- your terms: the discount offered to your shops, your commission rate, and for how many months it applies;
- Dernières boutiques inscrites.
Your code and your link
You have two ways to attach a shop to your name. They give the same result.

| The link | They click it and land on the sign-up page: your code is already in place. This is the safest. |
| The code | They type it themselves when creating their shop, in the promo code field. |
The Copier button copies the link. The WhatsApp button opens a ready-written message, with your link, your code and the discount: you only have to choose the recipient.
The code can be entered only when the shop is created. A shop created without your code can no longer be attached to you afterwards. Always send your link before the shopkeeper signs up, and stay with them during sign-up if you can.
Your shops
Mes boutiques lists the shops that signed up with your code, with their sign-up date, their situation and what they have earned you:

| Pas encore abonnée | The shop is signed up, often on the free trial, but has not paid anything yet. No commission for now: this is the time to support it. |
| Abonnée | It has a paid subscription running. |
| Abonnement expiré | Its subscription has ended. A reminder from you may bring it back. |
You see the shop's name and its subscription situation. Its internal data stays private: you have no access to its sales, stock or cash.
Supporting a shop well
- Help the shopkeeper create their first products and make a first sale during the trial: a shop that has started using it subscribes more willingly.
- Show them the day closing; it is what convinces owners most.
- Point them to this online help and to the application's Support page.
Your profile
Mon profil lets you update your phone, email, town, password and above all your Numéro Mobile Money (pour être payé): your commissions are paid to that number. Check it before each month end.
The kit and the materials
Kit partenaire gathers what you need to present Boutixy: the kit as a PDF, the presentation sentences, the prices, your commissions, the rules and the demo account.
Matériels holds the visuals and documents published by Boutixy: images, PDFs, archives. Files are in their original quality. Each one shows the time it has left: after that, it is removed. Download it and save it on your phone to keep it. A notification tells you about each new publication.
Support
Support is where you write to the Boutixy team: a question about a commission, a payout, a shop that does not appear. Enter a subject, your message, and attach an image or a PDF if needed (a screenshot often helps). The reply arrives in the same request, and a notification tells you.
It is also where you receive messages sent by Boutixy, to you alone or to all partners. You can reply to them directly.
